She has over 15 years of experience as an educator, youth mentor, and community leader. She founded A Day 4 M.E. to combine her passion for celebrating children and empowering at-risk youth through life-changing experiences.

She has worked with children in the foster care system for the State of Texas and currently serves youth in the school system. With over 30 years of experience, she brings deep dedication and expertise in supporting and advocating for children.

She is the owner of Kim’s Innovative Styles and has over 35 years of experience in the beauty industry. I  take great pride in empowering young women to embrace confidence through personal presentation and self-awareness. My work extends beyond the salon, fostering meaningful connections with community leaders and professionals who have become invaluable partners and resources in my mission to uplift and inspire others.

She is a devoted community leader and active church member, she serves as our Vice President of Finance with both heart and expertise. Drawing on 18 years of experience supporting youth in foster care, she helps guide our organization with compassion and accountability ensuring our programs continue to uplift, empower, and center the needs of every young person.

She is a senior HR executive with 15+ years of experience across nonprofit, federal, and corporate sectors. She brings deep expertise in financial governance, operational strategy, and organizational leadership. As Treasurer, she ensures transparency, compliance, and mission-driven financial stewardship.

She has served in youth ministry work for more than 40 years. During that time, she has organized and facilitated numerous youth activities and events including mentoring youth of all ages. Her purpose-driven leadership and vision will play a vital role in advancing our mission to celebrate and empower youth through transformative experiences.
