About the Program

Career Compass- Our career programs give young people the guidance and skills they need to plan for their future. Many youth may not know what career paths are available or how to prepare for them. Through hands-on lessons in goal-setting, resume building, interview skills, and exploring different professions, they gain practical tools for success. These programs help youth build confidence, make informed decisions, and take steps toward higher education or the workforce. By participating, they are empowered to create independent, successful, and fulfilling lives.​
