A Day 4 M.E. Inc. 501(c)3 was founded by Shaneka McFarland in 2025, a dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience working in underserved communities. Throughout her career, Shaneka witnessed firsthand how a lack of memorable experiences and celebrations affected the confidence, growth, and self-worth of foster youth and youth in underserved communities.

 

Determined to make a difference, Shaneka created A Day 4 M.E. Inc. to uplift these young people through milestone moments, such as Quinceañera,Sweet Sixteen and graduation parties, while also providing life-enriching programs in empowerment, financial literacy, mentorship, and career development.

 

Through A Day 4 M.E., Shaneka and her team strive to ensure that every youth and young adult feels seen, valued, and inspired to believe in their future, while honoring their journeys and creating lasting, positive memories that transform lives.
